Verbal notifications of complaints are put down in writing by Mr E. van der Welle and, with your signature, then attended to in accordance with the complaints handling procedure. You will receive a written confirmation within three working days after filing a complaint. It also provides information on the next steps in the procedure.<\/p>\n
